Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of VibeHub. By creating an account or using account features, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, involve a parent or legal guardian in real-world business, financial, or legal decisions. Access to VibeHub does not establish your legal capacity to enter into an agreement with another user.
What VibeHub provides
VibeHub provides founder profiles, public posts, match suggestions, messages, and private collaboration tools. Match scores and collaboration briefs are heuristic suggestions based on user-provided profiles and approved public activity. They do not verify identity, skills, business claims, compatibility, investment quality, or legal status, and are not endorsements. You are responsible for evaluating potential collaborators and business decisions.
Your account and content
Keep access to your sign-in account secure and provide accurate information. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant VibeHub a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited safety records or legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Community rules
Do not post or send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, threatening, exploitative, infringing, or spam-like material; impersonate another person; disclose another person's private information without permission; or use VibeHub to cause harm. New public posts and profile revisions are reviewed before public visibility. VibeHub may reject submitted content, hide content, limit interactions, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect users. You may contact support about a moderation decision.
Subscriptions
VibeHub Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. The paywall and Apple's purchase sheet show the price, billing period, and any offer before confirmation. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your App Store account. Deleting a VibeHub account does not cancel the subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a suggested match will lead to a successful collaboration.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VibeHub is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You remain responsible for agreements, disclosures, due diligence, intellectual property, taxes, and other obligations arising from your collaborations. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use
You may stop using VibeHub or delete your account in Profile → Settings. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, safety records, disclaimers, and responsibility for prior conduct, will survive.
